Exterior Paint Color Sources

Homeowners wishing to paint their homes the same or a different color need to submit an Architectural Request through Lewis Management, to be reviewed by our Architectural Committee members. In 2009 the Architectural Committee worked closely with the BOD and members of the community to add three new colors to the exterior paint palette. Please review the Approved Paint Color document prior to submitting a request to begin your project.
